International Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose

This document regulates the access and use of the website Review365, dedicated to the publication of reviews and analysis of physical and digital products. By accessing and using this site, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual property

All content published on the blog, including texts, reviews, images and audiovisual material, are the property of Review365, unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express authorization is prohibited. External content (brands, logos, product images) belongs to their respective owners and is used for informational purposes only.

3. Permitted use

The user agrees to: Use the blog in a lawful and respectful manner. Not use the content for commercial purposes without authorization. Not to enter offensive, defamatory comments or those that violate the rights of third parties. The person in charge reserves the right to moderate, edit or delete any comment that violates these rules.

4. Limitation of liability

The content of the blog is informative and reflects personal opinions. The responsible party does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published and is not responsible for possible damages arising from the use of said information. The blog may contain external links to third-party sites, over which the controller does not exercise control or assume responsibility.

5. Advertising and affiliates

The blog participates in affiliate programs and may include links to third-party products or services. If the user makes a purchase through these links, the controller may receive a commission. The existence of affiliate links does not condition the objectivity of the reviews, which are based on the author’s personal experience. Sponsored collaborations will be clearly identified.

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the blog’s International Privacy Policy. Users in the European Union (GDPR): have rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition. Users in the United States (CCPA – California): have the right to know what data is collected, request its deletion and choose not to sell or share it with third parties.

7. Applicable jurisdiction

This document is governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to the rights that correspond to the users in their place of residence. In the event of a conflict, the parties submit to the competent courts of Cordoba, Argentina, unless otherwise provided by law.

8. Amendments

The controller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will come into force from their publication on the website.
